2nd International Cardiovascular Symposium (Aachen-Tehran) was held on 20-21 July 2016 in Tehran. As previous events, this congress brought the latest updates in the endovascular cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures to scientists vascular surgeons, cardiologist & radiologists and other sub-specialists in the field of endovascular with an overview of the current fields, focusing on developing and controversial areas.
The scientific program organized 20 lectures, 2 live case and 2 live in box, and 5 workshops by more than professionals in 2 days in a rich and interactive way, aligned to the highest standards. The speakers not only provided practical guidance, but also discussed the scientific background and recent developments. The scientific program was coverd an excellent and up-to-date overview of several important fields in endovascular, including aortic and peripheral arterial disease, SVC syndrome, thrombolysis, vein stenting and TAVI.
